comprehensive website complete with an on line catalogue, their
website is regularly updated, Mr Brad Stevens (I.T. Director for
Mobility & Lifestyle) said ‘we are always looking at new
ways of attracting traffic to our site and the best way has
proven to be regular updates, my team has been formed to
concentrate on the On-line side of the company, because
Mobility & Lifestyle On-line is completely controlled in
house it allows us to be flexible and consistent with it’s
content’

Mobility and Lifestyle have remained the number one mobility
centre for your area by continuingly changing with the times for
example they have recently launched their stairlift division a
part of the company that is purely focused on moving people up
and down staircases, although they have been fitting stairlifts
for many years Mobility & Lifestyle Stairlifts is a part
of their company that takes care of the installation and
maintenance of stairlifts. Again they are able to offer full
comprehensive warranties and of course the customers have the
privilege of using the knowledge and experience of the
Mobility & Lifestyle service department Mr Jason Wittering
added ‘for us our business is based on the customer, every good
business has to have a niche and our niche is service! We take
care the customer and ensure customer retention by making sure
they get what they want , there are plenty of places to buy
mobility equipment but there is no where quite like Mobility
& Lifestyle, we are, as far we are concerned the benchmark
of quality and service. We like to keep our business fresh by
bringing in new ideas, we are constantly re-investing in our
business with concepts such as Mobility & Lifestyle
Stairlifts’.
The local company not only install, sell and service stairlifts
but they also will buy unwanted stairlifts, they will take care
of the removal of unwanted lifts and pay you for the purchase of
your un-wanted stairlift.
In summary Mobility & Lifestyle are proving it’s survival
of the fittest in today’s economic climate, they like to stay in
front, they like to offer more choice, they like to keep their
feet on the ground and most importantly of all they understand
that it’s the customer that keeps them alive, something that is
not always recognised on the high street today. Mr Richard Smith
said ‘ we pride ourselves on our customers, we like to offer
traditional values underwritten by a modern business strategy, I
like to spend most of my days on the shop floor dealing with our
customers face to face, most of them know me which is a
rewarding feeling, whenever I walk through our town centre I
very often bump into people I have met through the shop, i like
to thank them for their custom by making sure we make our
customers feel as welcome as possible, for us getting a visit
from a customer to one of stores is like getting a visit from a
guest in our own home. Our business has evolved into an
important part of the community and we understand the importance
of customer support’
Mobility & Lifestyle is doing business the way business
should be done, quality is clearly not a problem, it’s the
solution, it’s a company built by people that understand their
marketplace and more importantly understand their demographic,
Mobility & Lifestyle, a company dedicated to giving their
customers more Mobility and a better Lifestyle! |
